QUALIFICATIONS
BoardWalk's inspector is a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification. Our inspector has substantial experience as a contractor with hands-on experience in construction practices.
SAMPLE REPORTS
After the inspection, BoardWalk will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components that were inspected. We will also provide a summary and pictures of the defects observed during the inspection. And, just for kiddos, we'll include a "Monster Free" room inspection and certificate, if you'd like!

Josh Walther
I am an InterNACHI certified, thorough, knowledgeable, and detail oriented inspector with contractor experience. I take pride in my work and do things right. I make sure to follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice and adhere to a Code of Ethics when conducting inspections.
My goal is to provide you with the tools needed to maintain your home, as well as provide you with an understanding of your home's most important components and their condition. I am passionate about helping people make sure their house is safe and working properly.
